Cancel / change
- Paying at the shop: Please cancel or change at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling 585-808-2158 or from your account. If something comes up later than that, there's no fee. Just call so we can give the slot to someone else.
- One courtesy reschedule within 30 days if you ask (subject to availability).
