What we collect

• Your account details: name, email, password (stored securely; we can't see it), and a referral code if you enter one.
• Booking details: the vehicle you add so you can book (year, make, model, body when that model has more than one, engine when we ask, and odometer), the service you pick, your appointment date and time, oil grade, whether you bring the oil or the filter, and if you bring both, the oil brand, grade, amount, and filter number you write in, rear axle (single rear wheel or dualie) when we ask, how many tires, whether you bring the tires or order them through the shop, tire size and quoted tire price when you order, whether we store the summer tires, and that you pay at the shop.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, like your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To book, confirm, remind you about, and complete your service.
• To contact you about your appointment, your vehicle, or your account.
• To keep records our business and tax rules require.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run the site, store bookings, and send booking emails. They handle your information only to do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Payments

Right now you pay at the shop. If we turn on online card payments, your card is handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records while your account is open and as long as needed for business and tax records. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove what we aren't required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information. Call 585-808-2158 or use the email on our Contact page.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. If a breach affects you, we'll notify you as New York law requires.

Kids

This site is for adults booking vehicle service. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
